We are upgrading the service behind our status page from Instatus to incident.io. During the transition, https://statuspage.incident.io/serval is a temporary way to access the upgraded page and set up subscriptions. When the transition is complete, the upgraded page will be available at https://status.serval.com.
For the next 30 days, through November 9, 2026, we will publish incidents and updates on both platforms. Our historical incidents are already available on the upgraded page, with more detailed service components.
Email: Existing confirmed email subscriptions have already been moved; no action is needed. You may receive duplicate notifications during the overlap.
Slack: Please visit https://statuspage.incident.io/serval, choose “Subscribe to updates” → “Slack,” and run the /feed command shown in each channel you want to reconnect. Existing Slack subscriptions do not transfer automatically.
Microsoft Teams and webhooks: These subscriptions cannot transfer to the new platform. Before November 9, please use the temporary link above to subscribe by email or Slack, or use the new RSS feed.
